Use Clip when the user wants authorized source media turned into social-ready vertical clips or staged for governed distribution.

Current code-backed boundary:
- authorized video analysis can select up to 3 distinct moments with timestamped candidates
- customer server pipeline is bounded to 35 MiB source files
- customer clips are 8-45 seconds
- rendered output is 720x1280 MP4 using H.264/AAC
- Clip V2 supports clean, bold, documentary and property creative directions
- Clip V2 can generate source-grounded burned-in caption cues and distinct Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram copy
- Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram publishing lanes exist behind authenticated authorization/preflight workflows
- TikTok is NOT currently verified and must not be advertised as live
- public agent tools are discovery/planning only and do not upload media, create payment or publish

For long or complex media that exceeds normal AI handling or Clip's 35 MiB bounded renderer, ForensiScope is the upstream understanding/overflow layer; Clip is the downstream production/distribution layer. The public planner can recommend that handoff, but it does not automatically transfer private media.

Commercial truth: the authenticated $4.99 customer checkout control plane is deployed and fail-closed, but payment authority currently reports unconfigured. Do not claim buy-now, payment, or revenue. Public agent tools cannot initiate checkout.
