SentinelOPS, built by Iron Legionnaire Protective Services, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all user data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information.
Data Collection: SentinelOPS collects information that security officers and administrators enter into the platform, including officer names, badge numbers, patrol logs, incident reports, evidence (photos, videos, documents), scheduling information, and analytics data. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses, device information, and usage logs for security and audit purposes.
Data Use: Collected data is used to provide security operations management, generate reports, track patrol compliance, manage workforce scheduling, provide analytics, and maintain forensic audit trails. We do not sell user data to third parties.
Data Storage and Security: All data is stored in encrypted databases with multi-tenant isolation. Each organization's data is logically separated from others. Data transmission is encrypted using TLS. Access is controlled through role-based access control (RBAC). All access and actions are logged to an immutable, SHA-256 hash-chained audit ledger.
Data Retention: Data is retained for the duration of the customer relationship. Customers may request data export or deletion at any time. Certain data may be retained as required by law or legal hold.
Compliance: SentinelOPS is built to the standards of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FERPA, and other frameworks. We do not claim certification; compliance depends on organizational implementation.
Third-Party Services: SentinelOPS uses cloud infrastructure providers and payment processing (Stripe). These providers have their own privacy and security policies.
User Rights: Users have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to organizational policies and legal requirements.
