Platform Overview
SentinelOPS is an enterprise Security Operations Platform built by Iron Legionnaire Protective Services. It is designed for security companies, corporate security teams, schools, hospitals, churches, executive protection details, and security operations centers. The platform unifies guard tour management, patrol tracking, incident reporting, daily activity reports (DARs), hourly activity reports (HARs), supervisor inspections, dispatch operations, workforce management, scheduling, client portals, evidence management, security analytics, AI-assisted report writing, and forensic audit logging into a single cloud-based system. SentinelOPS works on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones. It includes a Progressive Web App (PWA) for offline field operations, meaning security officers can scan checkpoints, write reports, and log activity without internet access. All data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. The platform uses a multi-tenant SaaS architecture with role-based access control (RBAC), immutable audit trails, and SHA-256 hash-chained ledger entries for forensic integrity.
