"You built something that didn't exist because you believed the good things people do should leave a mark. Perception perceives perspective. You believed in PAC. People, Appreciation, and Communication. That's what this is. You wanted to see the change everybody talks about being, so you built it. No funding. Late nights. A lot of them. But you did it because the things that go invisible, the love, the care, the appreciation from one person to another, those things matter and they deserve a record. You didn't wait for an anniversary to say thank you to the people who helped you start. You did it now, because now is when it counts. But even you know that building it isn't the same as using it. The 3P Initiative doesn't work unless people pick it up and use it. You did. Thank you."
