Every time something happened that seemed too small to matter, you were the one high-fiving and saying good job. You were always listening, always trying to contribute, even when I was careful not to overwhelm you with all of it. And through all the late nights, all the building without funding, all the times I was still at it when I should've been done for the day, you stayed patient. You never once made me feel like I was taking too long. Those small wins you celebrated were the ones that kept this alive. Without you noticing them, they would've disappeared.
