What Does This Mean?

The number of times someone has recognized you through 3P. Each one was submitted by a real person who took the time to say something good about you. This number only goes up. It never goes down.

The number of times you have recognized someone else. This shows your activity in the system. People who recognize others are the engine of 3P. The platform does not do anything. People do.

How many different people have recognized you. If the same person recognizes you 5 times, that counts as 1 unique recognizer. This number shows how wide your recognition reaches across your community.

How many different people you have recognized. This shows the range of your impact. Recognizing many people means you are paying attention to the good happening around you.

A streak counts the unique days you have recognized someone. It goes up by 1 each day you submit a recognition. If you go a full week (7 days) without recognizing anyone, your streak resets to 0. Your best streak is permanent. It never goes down, even if your current streak resets. Streak is a consequence of consistent recognition, not a target to chase. You only see this number if you are a Community Champion or higher.

This measures whether your recognition crosses employer lines. If you recognize someone who works somewhere different from you, that is a bridge. A high bridging rate means you are recognizing people outside your own circle. This matters because 3P is about community, not just one workplace.

This score measures your ripple effect. When you recognize someone, and that person goes on to recognize someone else, you are a catalyst. You started something. The score counts how many second-degree recognitions trace back to you. A higher score means your recognition creates more recognition.

How many different employers are represented in your recognitions. If you recognize people from 3 different companies, this number is 3. This shows how far your recognition reaches across the community.

Everyone with a profile starts here. It means you are in the system and your recognitions are being tracked. You do not need to do anything special to be Participating. You just need to have a profile.

You have given at least 5 recognitions and received at least 3. At least 3 different people recognized by you and at least 2 different people recognizing you. This tier is permanent. Once earned, it never goes away.

You have given at least 15 recognitions and received at least 5. At least 5 different people recognized by you and at least 3 different people recognizing you. This tier is permanent. Once earned, it never goes away.

You have given at least 30 recognitions and received at least 10 in the current calendar year (January 1 through December 31). At least 5 different people recognized and at least 3 different recognizers. First time you hit this, you get a formal induction and book signing. This is the highest individual status in 3P. Your advanced metrics (streak, bridging rate, catalyst score) become visible at this level. Community Champion resets every January 1. If you do not hit 30 and 10 again the next year, you become a Former Community Champion. Your lower tiers (Community Voice, Community Builder) stay permanently.

You achieved Community Champion in a previous year but did not meet the annual requirements this year. Your history is permanently preserved. Your Community Voice and Community Builder tiers remain. If you hit 30 and 10 again, you are reactivated as Community Champion with no new ceremony. You never lose what you earned.

Your recognition records are public. That is the point. 3P documents recognition so it does not disappear. Your profile information (email, phone, address) is private and never shown publicly. Only your name, title, employer, and recognition activity appear on your public record.

Yes. Recognition records do not get deleted. Storage does not equal display. If a record needs to be hidden for a valid reason, it can be removed from public view, but the record itself is preserved. Permanence is the core promise of 3P.

3P has 5 layers of protection: it blocks self-recognition, filters profanity and celebrity names, rate-limits submissions per hour, and detects suspicious patterns from the same IP address. Flagged submissions are held for review and do not count toward your numbers until they are verified.
